From: lynnfresno@----.com On Behalf Of Scotti Sent: Monday, February 02, 2009 To: CustomerSerivce@Oileater.com Subject: Re: Contact from oileater.com I love this stuff!!!! Never thought of it as an automotive product. I found it about 6 mos. ago at Costco while looking for Simple Green and decided to try it. I have been telling all my friends about it and promised to buy some for several of them WHEN I could find it I was trying to take down very old wallpaper (three layers of it) and had used all the products that were designed for that purpose with much frustration. Then I decided to try the Oil Eater just for fun. Diluted 50/50 with water it took that old wallpaper, glue and all, off better than anything I had tried. And it actually worked best if you only waited about a minute before scraping it off. It would start to 'bubble' the paper right away. I was tearing out old carpet and tiling the hall where I was removing the wallpaper, so not having to worry about the floor, I put the Oil Eater full strength into my Costco giant clean your car squirt gun. Attached it to the hose from the yard and drug it into the house. I blasted the wallpapered wall with this and couldn't believe how fast I got that stuff off. Then I used more of the 50/50 solution to get the rest of the glue off. When I was done and ready to dispose of the left over, used, solution, I poured it down the toilet and was amazed to discover that it also unclogged the toilet that had been flushing poorly. I am remodeling the house. I also used this solution with the spray gun and hose to clean the front walk way, get old chipped paint off the front door, spray the gutters clean, and wash my car. So, you can see, I can't live without this stuff. And, I case my name disguises it, I am a single grandmother who is not using much muscle power to do this. I have never thought of using it to clean the car engine or any kinds of auto parts!! So, all of that said, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, I am on the way to Kragen or Pep Boys. If I can't find it, you will be hearing from me again. I found your product at an LA CostCo (their Azusa store) and will pick it up at noon as I work in LA county. I will fill out a request form for my CostCo (Savi Ranch - Orange County) asking them to stock your product again. By the by, your product is the best!!! I’ve been using Simple Green (reluctantly) since my OC CostCo no longer carried your product but unfortunately Simple Green just doesn’t compare. Regards, John May |

Mozingo [mailto:troyncarolyn@-----.---] Sent: Thursday, August 18, 2011 12:08 PM To: customerservice@oileater.com Cc: customerservice@costco.com Subject: Oileater Cleaner Seldom do I ever take the time to write to a company about their product but I am so excited after using Oil Eater Cleaner that I had to let you know. This morning I took apart my counter top range for a very deep cleaning. Wow, I couldn't believe the cooked on grease that had apparently spilled from the grill as well as other cooked on crud. (I did not take the time to take the range apart when we bought the house four years ago so a lot of the grease was from years back.) I saw Oil Eater Degreaser product at Costco and purchased if specifically for my stove and fan screens and am I glad I did. I was so excited about the finished product which required very little elbow grease that I put a note on my Facebook Wall for all my friends to see. No home should be without it! Thank you for making available such a great product which I will never be without and a thank you to Costco for providing it to the Montgomery area. Carolyn Mozingo
